Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If cancellation is approved, a 6% processing deduction will apply to cover payment gateway charges and administrative handling.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return procedure.


Exchanges Within 7 Days

We offer an exchange option within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the following requirements:

  • The product must not have been used or opened

  • All original packaging, seals, accessories, and documentation must be present

  • The item must be suitable for resale as new

  • Proof of purchase is required

If you cannot find another product of equal value, a store credit will be issued.

Purchases made using finance or instalment plans are not eligible for exchange via store credit.

Custom or specially sourced items are excluded unless defective.


If You Ordered the Wrong Item or Changed Your Mind

If the product is no longer required:

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days if the product remains factory-sealed

  • Store credit will be provided if no replacement is chosen

  • Refunds are not issued for personal preference or selection errors

Please confirm specifications carefully before purchase.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, licensing, or activation reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless proven faulty:

  • Earphones or in-ear audio devices

  • Personal grooming equipment

  • Smart wearables


Incorrect Product Delivered

If we supply the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel

  • The product must remain unused and in original condition

  • We will arrange replacement, refund, or credit depending on availability


Shipping Damage

If goods arrive damaged during transit:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of both the packaging and the damaged item

  • After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund


Faulty on Arrival or Early Failure

If a product does not function as expected:

  • It will be assessed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

  • Repair, replacement, or refund will be provided where applicable

  • The item must be returned for testing

  • Claims should be submitted within 14 days unless covered by manufacturer warranty


Manufacturer Warranty Claims

For issues occurring during the warranty period:

  • Products will be repaired or replaced where possible

  • If no replacement is available, credit or refund may be offered

  • Customers are responsible for sending items to us unless consumer law requires otherwise

  • You may also contact the manufacturer directly for faster service


Return Fees and Inspections

In certain situations:

  • A restocking charge of up to 6% may apply

  • If testing shows the product is not faulty, handling and freight costs may be charged


Promotions and Bonus Items

If your purchase included free or discounted extras:

  • All components of the promotion must be returned together

  • Used gift cards or redeemed bonuses will be deducted from any refund


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only when required under applicable consumer law (e.g., faulty goods or incorrect supply).

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.


Important Notes

  • Delivery fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

  • Proof of purchase must accompany all claims

  • Where required by law, we will organise collection at our expense

  • Otherwise, customers must arrange safe return shipping
